Isaiah 1:16-17

Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil, Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow. This verse says a lot in such a short passage. this verse simply means to turn away from sin and look for good. the reason this is so hard to do is because everything around us nowadays is sin. There is crime everywhere. there is violence on the news, on the radio, on the internet, and even on social media. It is all apart of Satan's plan. Satan enjoys when people sin. He is the reason sin exists. so like the verse says, stay away from evil, turn your head in the other direction and keep moving forward. Don't allow anyone to try to convince you to do something you know is wrong. Don't be evil, do the opposite and live, but live your life the right way.

Righteousness

2 Samuel 22:21 says, The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. This verse means that if you are righteous, God will reward you. He will do for you what you have done for Him. God knows if you have lived your life the right way, if you haven't He will know. You can't hide from God he is everywhere and can see everything. You can't escape God or run away from Him or hide from Him. He always knows what you are doing and where you are. So live your life as if you are always being watched, because you are. You are being watched by God. He knows everything you do, and you can't take anything back. Live your life righteously. Don't just be nice to people around them then gossip behind their backs. Don't be rude to someone because you think your re better than them. Live and be righteous.

Give Thanks

God says to give thanks in 2 Samuel 22:50. Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the Gentiles, And sing praises to Your name. God has given us everything we need. Some people don't have everything they need, so we should help the and do what we can to make their life easier. some people take everything for granted, they think that they never have enough, and that they have to have everything. No one has to have everything. We should all start to appreciate everything even the bad things because God has a plan for everything. He will come through and he will win in the end, that's why we have to choose his side. So always give thanks.

Grace

Ephesians 2:8-9 says For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Grace is a great thing. God gives everyone grace. If God did not give us grace then we would not live the way we do. We would probably all be dead because we do so much that we are not supposed to. Some of us do things worst then others, such as commit crimes and kill. This verse says for by grace you have been saved. This means that being saved is not automatic, you are being saved by the grace of God. Although not everyone deserves grace we can all be saved by grace. It also says that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God. This means that you cant save yourself the only way to be saved is through God himself. No one can hold the power to save you, only God, it is a gift. The gift of grace is greater then no other.

Worship

Isaiah 43:11 says, I, even I, am the Lord, And besides Me there is no savior. This verse means that there is only one God. The one and only God, the God that made the heavens and the earth. Truth is People think there are more Gods than one. they Think that they should just chose one and worship it. That's the problem all o the other Gods are things, like items,statues. Some people don't even believe in gods at all they just worship jewelry, money, and other valuable things. These people need to know that there is only one God they need to realize that they are worshiping items, man made thing. How could something that a man has made be so powerful, it isn't, its all a belief. Many people worship the devil, they say chants, they kill people, make sacrifices and do other ungodly things. They are the ones that are very dangerous to society. They will do anything for the devil if they really get involved. Possession is real, the devil can posses people, and so are demons. That is why we must be careful t stay away from ungodly things. Worship the the right person.

Don't Forget

Psalm 106:21 says, They forgot God their Savior, Who had done great things in Egypt. this verse reminds me of today. How everyone seems to have forgotten Jesus. We live our life differently we don't care about the more important things. Some people even go to church, sing songs of worship, and pray in front of family bu they don't do any of that at home or around their friends. We need to learn to stop hiding. Jesus says, "If you deny me in front of your friends, i will deny you in front of my father." So don't deny Jesus show that you are a christian. Show that you believe, because you could help somebody. Don't forget Jesus or He will forget you.

He's ALWAYS Here

2 Samuel 22:3 says, The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, My stronghold and my refuge; My savior, You save me from violence. This verse is special to me because, this is exactly what some people need to hear. people need to know tat there is someone there for them. most people are angry and sad and miserable because they think they are alone. they are not alone, the one who made them God he is always here, he will be here for us no matter what even when we get angry. We just have to make sure that we don't reject Him, or ignore Him because we don't know when our time will come. Jesus will come back one day and we have to make sure that we have lived our life right so that we don't get left behind. now this verse says that god is my strength, in whom i trust, and he is my shield, my savior. God will always save you from violence unless it is your time to go. even though he saves us not all of us trust him. That is apart of living our lives right. We have to learn to be on His side because if we don't, He wont be on our side.
